Delivery Options

We have two different delivery options available – standard delivery and next working day delivery. All of our delivery options are Monday to Friday only.
1. Standard Delivery
You’ll receive your goods within 2 – 3 days of placing your order. We’ll let you know when your goods have been dispatched.
2. Next Working Day Delivery
For an extra £10, you can upgrade from our Standard delivery service to our Next Working Day delivery service. Please note that deliveries will not go out or be made on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
Our cut-off time for next-day delivery of pallets is 1:00pm.
If your order is placed:
Monday – Thursday before 1:00pm*                                                         Your delivery should be:

Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Remote Areas
Next working day delivery is not available for the Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some remote areas where an additional charge may apply. Please call 07854 054 985 for further details.
Delivery Cost
We pride ourselves on using the most reliable and efficient couriers to ensure you receive the best possible service.
For orders in excess of £50 standard delivery is free of charge. For orders less than £50 standard delivery charge is £8.
Problems with your delivery
If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the product sent out again free of charge. If for any reason you would prefer not to receive these new goods, we can issue you a full refund.
In the events of any goods within your order being out of stock, we will usually hold the rest of your goods aside until we have a complete order for you. If you wish to have a part delivery arranged (so that you receive the rest of your goods before the out of stock item comes in), please get in touch with us to arrange this. We can also cancel the order if you would prefer. If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge.
Incorrect Address
Should the address be incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order as an error may incur a redelivery charge.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will normally leave the goods in a safe place. If you do not wish your goods to be left for any reason, please state this in the “special delivery instructions” on the checkout page. Large orders and pallet deliveries are often unable to be left in a safe location and will require a signature.
If the parcel is unable to be signed for or to be left in a safe place, our courier will leave a card alerting you to the missed delivery. Please contact us or the courier directly to arrange another delivery. The majority of our orders will be redelivered free of charge, however for pallet deliveries, this will incur a redelivery fee.
Delivery/Access Restrictions
If your delivery address has any vehicular access restrictions that may cause an issue with the delivery, please notify us at the point of ordering so we can advise the carrier and request a smaller vehicle where we can.
Where re-delivery is required due to a restriction of which we have not been notified, an additional charge may be incurred.
Free Returns Policy
At Happy Garden Company, we want you to be happy with your order. Our Free Returns Policy* means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased, or you simply don’t need them anymore, you can return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days and we’ll either replace them or issue a full refund.
Returning your items is easy – give us a call on 07854 054 985 and we’ll arrange a collection from either your delivery address or from your site. Collections will be made on a day that suits you, between Monday and Friday – 7:30am to 5:30pm.
* The amount refunded will not include the original delivery charge. Normally, the collection charge would be the amount you were originally charged for delivery. Please call our office on 07854 054 985 for clarification of collection charges.
